Shipping policy
UK delivery - £3.75 tracked delivery via Evri. Orders are dispatched within [1-2] working days, and delivery typically takes [2-4] working days from dispatch. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
International delivery - we ship worldwide. International rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
Order issues - if your parcel is delayed, returned to us, or arrives damaged, contact with your order number and we'll resolve it promptly. Missed deliveries are redelivered or refunded in line with our refund policy.
