Standard Delivery (2-4 working days, shipped via Evri)- Tuesday 20th December
Royal Mail Tracked 48- Friday 16th December (Due to strike action)
Next Working Day Delivery (During this Christmas period we will be shipping via Evri due to Royal Mail strike action)- Wednesday 21st December
International Tracked & Signed (Royal Mail)- Friday 9th December. Unfortunately Australia and New Zealand are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas due to Royal Mail strike action.
Please be aware of the below Royal Mail strike dates:
9th December, 11th December, 14th December, 15th December
We would advise during the Christmas period to use either our standard delivery service, or next working day service as these services can be both be shipped with Evri due to delays caused by Royal Mail strike action.
All UK & International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked or Evri. Please note not all orders can be shipped on a next day service, please check product description of each item, products that have a longer dispatch period will be specified.
UK Next Day delivery via Royal Mail available on orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2pm. Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will be delivered the following Monday. Please check product description of items as some items are made to order and therefore cannot be sent on a next day service.
Although we will process and pack orders as usual, current Royal Mail strike action may cause delivery delays. Please visit www.royalmail.com for more information.
Christmas returns extension: Any orders placed between Monday 5th December until Sat 24th December have an extended returns policy and can be returned up until Friday 13th January. Please read further terms and conditions below regarding returns as these still apply.
Items returned within 14 days from receipt of order, in the same condition will be eligible for a full refund or e-gift card credit (please see our full Terms & Conditions).
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
All sale items are non refundable, credit will only be issued via an e-gift card.
All Jewellery items are non refundable (unless faulty) due to hygiene requirements.
All sunglasses are non refundable (unless faulty)
