All UK & International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked. Please note not all orders can be shipped on a next day service, please check product description of each item, products that have a longer dispatch period will be specified.
UK Next Day delivery via Royal Mail available on orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2pm. Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will be delivered the following Monday. Please check product description of items as some items are made to order and therefore cannot be sent on a next day service.
Returns
Items returned within 14 days from receipt of order, in the same condition will be eligible for a full refund or e-gift card credit (please see our full Terms & Conditions).
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
