All UK & International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked or Evri. Please note not all orders can be shipped on a next day service, please check product description of each item, products that have a longer dispatch period will be specified.
UK Next Day delivery via Royal Mail available on orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2pm. Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will be delivered the following Monday. Please check product description of items as some items are made to order and therefore cannot be dispatched on next day service
Returns
Christmas returns extension: Any orders placed between Monday 5th December until Sat 24th December have an extended returns policy and can be returned up until Friday 13th January. Please read further terms and conditions below regarding returns as these still apply.
Items returned within 14 days from receipt of order, in the same condition will be eligible for a full refund or e-gift card credit (please see our full Terms & Conditions).
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
